Rappelz PW set for each class.

Hello everyone this is opetakias and this post will be about what skill you should pursue on pw gears for each class, not only the super-op ones, but the less expensive but still viable ones aswell.
So, lets start with Deva:
Oracle : oracles who are dps oriented would want to go mass repetance while for a roa pt hymn of focus on your gears would be good for the extra bunch of accuracy and attack speed.
Cardinal : Cardinals can go for arctic blast gears ( vortex magic ) which increase the damage of it pretty damn much.
Master  Breeder : Breeders would mostly want to go for law of exchange gears which will increase their dps significally, while having defence mastery gears aswell will help with making their pets more tanky whle doing more damage
Next will be Templar , templars have several skills worthy atm , but the best would be Righteous purpose, helping them hit the attack speed plateau. Other viable choices will be thorned shield and salvation
Mercenaries are similar to templars they ve got a load of useful skills they can get gears for , best would be wild stream atm and the second best option will then most likely be invigorating aura gears , other viable choices for a non spam ws merc would be restrain gears ( restrain turns spammable with +24 helmet, active deva belt , dt buff , full restrain set) and lust for blood gears.
Asura :
Void Mage: void mages have a load of useful skills , most people go for crystal aura gears , other viable choices would be sadism , temporal mastery , heed/tempest/spirit of fire
corruptor:  Corrs most likely use occultism gears but a bit cheaper build which is not as over powered but works is hunger for blood gears.
Overlord : I havent seen enough overlords around but my guess would be master mind would be the best skill for them to use , cant really go in further details though:/
Slayer: Slayers mostly go for Shadowforged plating gears  or phase blades depending on if they want to be tanky or dps oriented.
Deadeye : I havent seen a DE around on unicorn so i am not a 100% sure but my guess would be the skill to go for would be wild instict.
As for Gaia :
Magus : Most magus use bleak squall and cyclone pieces which tend to make them overpriced but a good alternative for less rich people would be flamemonger , note this works for staff magus only.
War Kahuna : Having seen WK mostly as a buff slave i am not entirely sure of their cappabilities right now but as far as i know they can pretty much tank the best by going recklessness of earth pieces on their gears as they get to lvl it up to lvl 12 or more which is insane compared to 6 magus get , other choices could be leviathan torrent and bestial wrath.
Beast Master : For beast master my guess will be wave cut is the shit but havent tried it out and i certainly hope it could get spammable as well ( Q_Q)
Berserker : Bers should mostly go for Essence of Invulnerability pieces  , feels like thats their best choice , but i think they nerfed the permanent essence feature which sucks , someone people been telling me it was still possible but if it is it wont work on a low budget as it would probably need +24 helmet , dt buff, 3 pieces , beneficial belt
And lastly Marksman: MM mainly go for the spam double shot which is pretty deadly and very VERY cost efficient .
Am open to  feedback in case i missed something but these are the gears i d most likely use if i made one of each class , thanks for taking the time to navigate through the site and feel free to give me ideas what to post for .

Rappelz Soul Pet Section

This post will be for the new people in the game,giving them information they might need and not know yet, mostly gonna cover pets and what skills they should have ,and what pet to choose for each class.
There are 2 major types of pets ,them being normal and soul pets,the soul pets tend to be more useful when well skilled while the normal ones are mostly used as belt pets.
Soul pets are divided into types and rarity :
Basic,special and rare are the most common and easier to get soul pets which can all get pretty much the same skills ,with a difference on item expert ,basic having 100%,rare 110% and special 120%
Unique soul pets however have 130% item expert and double unities which is a great boost to get from a pet.
Now that we are done explaining the difference between rarities its time to talk about types of soul pets.
The healer pets tend to be the most common to be used on high level play while a lot of people on lower levels use long ranged or melee pets to level faster.
There are 5 kinds of soul pets : defensive,magical,supporting ,melee and long ranged.
Defensive pets are very situational and only certain classes benefit greatly off them ,as they can get the most HP a pet can get in rappelz ( looks at master breeder )
Magical pets are not really used at the moment cause they are really easily outdamaged and out sustained by a decently skilled melee pet
Melee pets are kind of the best damage dealer pets around at the moment after rapid fire has been nerfed that badly
Long range pets are the ones most helpful if you want to level a character fast as you save the time of running to the mobs .
Supportive pets are the most useful in means of solo and end game activities .
Now its time to look at the skills for each type of pet :
Defensive : you mainly want to get as much HP as possible on it ,so going for a cat or a demon would be good cause of racial HP passive or buff. Yeti relic is good ,max HP on items and evasion would be the best.
Magical : I ve never really had one which was worth the time I put into it so I am not entirely sure,but they tend to be like an ice maiden to me,10/80/80 and wis intelligence is what you want them to have
Melee : agility,evasion,hell breath,harpy relic,10/80item passive and if possible mecha nature for the attack speed
Long ranged : agility or dexterity,evasion ,pick relic ,attack speed /crit item passives ,max HP passive ,I enjoy demonic onslaught on them.
Supporting : inteligence,evasion,10/80/80,2x 8 sec heals ,equivalent exchange ,master devotion ,favoritism ,undine relic ( unicorn or double undine are also good in means of pvp ,baphoment is a solid defensive options which doesn’t see much use on pve ) ,plea of pious can also be a good alternative for ee if you need the extra healing,heel and human or dragon nature for the best possible healing.

Rappelz Buffslaves Prefered Creation Order

Hello guys it’s me Opetakias again,coming back with a new guide to help people with the order they should be making their slaves in .
First of all let’s debrief what each slave does .
Cardinal slave : high level blessing buffs
Oracle slave :H&H
Magus slave : +30ish to all stats ( luck included )
Bk slave :best kahuna buffs (+ same as magus buff )
BM slave : howler, essential for farming
Markshman : Agility and dexterity buff
Void mage : best cast speed /attack speed buff around
Corruptor slave : intuition (best int buff )
Deadeye slave : Demonic Howl , a bit of p attack and agi,dex buff
Now that we have got these things clear it’s time for the actual purpose of the guide
Mages should prioritize intelligence buffs ,prolly going for :
Vm->Corruptor->Cardinal-> oracle -> Bk -> Bm-> Magus and maybe a markshman to get the extra evasion , whilst you  could  technically avoid making the other 2 as you  have very little use for dexterity or agility
On the other hand melee attackers should go for :
Cardinal->Vm->Bk-> Magus -> Bm-> oracle -> deadeye -> Mm ( last 2 are optional ,the amount of stats you get isn’t really that important )
Whilst ranged users (aka mm, de and pet classes with ranged pets ) Need almost all of them ,but starting from Mm and going on with the sequence melees do

Rappelz Deadeye Guide

So guys , this time i have to admit it’s going to be merely assumptions as i have hardly ever played a DE in my life.
Deadeye is the hunter of asura, which makes it a ranged auto attacker that also has to debuff it’s target.
This class has relatively high evasion and attack speed , while it’s very prone to taking damage as their survivability is very little unless they are building for it .
Deadeye has  a party-wide buff which makes it being used as a buff slave a lot , thereby opening a spot for some other class in parties , however by the latest patch (9.4 ) DE has its comeback as they added bosses with relatively insane amounts of hp , and de are very good at degrading the hp recovery of those bosses , making them die way faster  than they would without those , the on hit slow that stacks up to 8 times (frost arrows ) helps aswell given the fact u can make the bosses be much slower and help your party with damage control.
In terms of gears DE loves anything with attack speed but agility and dexterity are both stats they love, given the fact they get max hp based off these stats , lately there has been a pw gears build for de going around , wild instict which makes the user really tanky  , sacrifising some damage, best application of that would be the agi dex DE while there are more damaging build which are not as efficient in tanking ( agi/crit)
In terms of belt i think active asura is the best  while i still consider beneficial pretty good given the amount of buffs DE have for  themselves .
As for belt pets 3x s3 cerbs and 1xs5 unicorn and 1x s5 skeleton to maximize the agility/dex/attack speed/evasion and   keeping a slot open for a boss card , most likely sol or mephisto based on what you need , tanking or damage.
In terms of the summonned pets you d want to get a pet that  gives you the most attack speed possible ( prolly a s5 dual harpy relic ranged pet) but for soloing a healer pet could prove to be a good investment.
Other notable skills are thunderbolt arrow ( which has a %/attack to stun the target ), poison arrow which is a highly damaging debuff and bleed whose use has already been explained. During the last time i played a DE , Aka epic 9.1 , what made DE clearly broken was the fact that they could utilise an lbow and still use all their skills , even tho the skills indicated that’s not true . I havent tried that out yet so if someone has a de , i d love him to tell me if its still valid , if so , a de can do even more damage than i anticipated when i started writting the article .
Edit.:they can use lbow for skills.
Class evaluation : As of 9.4 , DE seems to be an upcoming class, with the people who have gotten the hang of it , already being in the  top spots in means of pvp , given the fact they are pretty hard to deal with , cause of the high amounts of defensive stats they get out of offensive ones.Thanks for taking the while to read this

Rappelz Slayer Guide

Slayer is the assassin class of rappelz,  similar to rogues from other games.
Slayer is the dual wielder you’ve always loved to play as he intimidates everyone with this high amount of offensive and defensive stats.I tried looking for drawbacks for whoever is going to play a slayer , but i simply couldnt at the given time , biggest drawback being they lack aoe , but with the release of 9.4 , slayers also get the level 5 booster which is an aoe that does tons of damage , something that this class needed.
Assassins are cappable of getting really tanky off building offensive stats , it’s not rare anymore to see slayers with amount of hp exceeding 100k and being able to do a lot in pve.
If this is not enough for you to be convinced, this class also offers a stealth mechanic , being the only class in the game with it , and having very little counter play if you are not expected.
Assassins build both p attack and m attack to maximize their hp , and they also go for as much attack speed as possible , without sacrifising the other 2.Therefore , dirks are currently the way to go for them as it offers more m attack , attack speed and a bit less p attack which can be compensated by the stats of the dirk or the awakening . Due to envenom they can also deal an extra 200% of their m attack on each of their attacks , making them a true beast in pve.
As for pw gears, most people go for the Phase blades skill , which gives an extra amount of damage,that being a very useful boots.
The slayer belt should be : 3x s5 sallies ( or 3x s1 ogres ) and s5 harpy+s5 unicorn OR 3x s1 mino and s5 naga + s5 harpy to get as much survivability and damage combined as possible.
Overall , slayer is a fun to play PVE class but can be rather expensive and rather hard to find good gears for as you d probably need acc/attack speed and m attack on every piece possible, while still getting the right skill.

Rappelz Cardinal Guide

Hello everyone , once again its Opetakias , with yet another guide , for a class that is not as viable at the moment , though i really enjoy it which is why i ll bother making it🙂
A guide that went cleric then Bishop then master class is a cardinal, cardinal is a back up healer with more dps skills than an oracle, with better buffs but less efficient healing skills.
Cardinal is a really fun class to play , really good in pvp as it can instantly stun /cast lock the enemy player. Either by casting divine nova at 2.5 sec before the duel /pk starts or by using rainbow field on the enemy to stop his cast.
As a Cardinal with 5 tp you should go for 1-3-1 , getting arctic blast and spammable skills/heals.
When you get the 6th tp you should go for 1-3-2 , getting the aoe heal.
and use the 7th one in order to get as high of a spam ( mighty energy beat)as possible
Cardinal is a class that relies solely on himself being able to not miss his skills, as Arctic blast stacks a slow up to -99% of movement speed ,which  works even on bosses , rendering them unable to move fast enough in order to do the damage needed to kill you.
As a cardi you wanna be using a magical belt / an argoth ( for situations where you lack m acc) ,the belt pets you should be using can range from 3x s1 white dragons and 2x cast speed belt pets s4 to 2x s1 drillbot ,1x s1 wd, 1x s5 naga and a bapho(cast speed) belt pet, depending on your needs.
In means of gears you want to get parallel world set,preferably with  m acc on gloves and chest, mov speed+eva+ m res on boots ( all having vortex magic skill) And you can choose between 2 hnded staff or mw + 1 hnded staff ( mw allows you to use divine shield) , however you ll want to have m acc on these too if its possible.
Class Evaluation: Bishop is  a well rounded class, with decent amount of damage, even though they are not as viable as other mages in this state of the game , they can be proved really fun and rewarding to play once you learn how to kite bosses properly.

Rappelz Master Breeder Guide

So,hello everyone ,once again that’s opetakias ,people who knew me during epic 7.1- epic 9.1 will most likely remember me as a breeder under the name GreekBreeder1997 ,he was a pure tank breeder which simply relied on his pets to dps while he was doing the hard,tanking work ( he was mainly existent for PvP purposes.)
Master breeder is a class that excels in healing his pets and raising their stats as high as possible ,mb has the strongest pets out of all classes ,even all summoners.
Notable skills :
Defense mastery : a defensive pet buff which grants them +- 30% damage reduction from all sources
Law of exchange : this is the most tricky skill on his kit,takes the max HP of his first pet and gives a % of it to p attack to BOTH pets ,and takes the max mp of 2nd pet and adds a % of it to m attack on Both pets once again
Celestial Sanctuary : aoe pet heal which also fills mp
Pass damage :50% DMG to pet instead of you.
MB is nothing like the class you ll want for end gaming,but they are genuinely fun , I enjoy playing mb the most out of all classes but my lack of funds renders this impossible  ,its highly expensively and not quite rewarding either..
So , to make things more clear,  as a master breeder you want your First pet to have as much hp as possible as it translates to p attack on both pets, tank pets are ideal for mb, going for a full hp pet to maximize the possible damage output. Feel free to check out the pet section. You mainly want a meccha nature unique with tortus yeti relic , hp skill on armor , max hp , vitality. When you use such a pet you d probably want a secondary pet that can attack as fast as possible to abusy the power spike given , so my choice would be a good melee meccha unique with dual harpy relic if possible, having feral instict , 10/80 attack speed , agility evasion for optimal dps.
MB can also be a great back up healer using dual healer pets , as it converts a % of the 2nd pet’s mana to m attack , so you want your 2nd healer pet to have as high of an intelligence as possible ( higher iq than einstein😀 ), that being said you should go for a Unique healer with undine + unicorn relic to have fast and good heals.Other must have skills preferably would be 2×8 sec heals on both for continuous healing , favouritism , 10/80/80, MD , EE,Heel, Max int perception and max mp .For healer you should prefer either Dragon or Human nature , with human being just a bit better cause of the inate racial heal.
Class recap : This class is recommended for people who want to solely rely on their pets ,personally I make a mb every time I need the 5x 20 hours impacts cause my pets allow me to do so pretty fast ,its super fun to play and I d heavily recommend it to people who love healing intensely being scared of dying ,thanks for reading 

Rappelz Void Mage Guide

So,hello everyone ,this guide will be featuring one of the top classes in the game right now which would be void mage.
Void mage is the master class of a dark magician that went chaos .
VM is a class that can aoe very well and solo pretty easily.
Main stat for them is intelligence, your belt is intelligence/vitality oriented going for 30% or more on both of them ,then you want to get as much cast speed and m acc as possible.
A VM pre 160 could go marbas for the extra m attack and int.
After 160 a VM goes for magical or active asura belt and tries to have his buffs up all the time ( tempest ,heed , spirit of fire ).Also,argoth can be proven useful in situations where you lack m acc and need some extra.You should try to have gloves and chest with an extra amount of m acc as it is totally crucial to be able to land your spells in order to be able to get healed from yours sadism.
Belt is pretty standard :3x s1 wds ,2x s4 cast speed belt pets/ 30% m acc if needed.
Notable skills : sadism :heals you for a % of DMG you deal.
Crystal aura : % of mp to m attack
Chrono shift :resets all CDs
Chain lightning : high DPS aoe that bounces between 5 targets and DPS decreases by each bounce
Dark spiral: good nuke aoe that works well with sadism
Spell breaker: Interrupts enemy spell cast and applies a silence
There are several to builds ,the most common one would be 0-3-2 which does not give you the sadism passive but is mainly used got pts, 1-2-2 which is used for soloing bosses and 0-2-3 that is PvP oriented .
At 6-7 to you can go for 1-3-2 or 2-3-2 to have max level of sadism
Class Evaluation: VM as a whole is a really nice and fun to play class ,easy compared to many classes around the game and can perform better than most with much less effort.

Rappelz Templar Guide

So,hello everyone this is gonna be my Templar guide for rappelz
A holy warrior that went knight then master class is a templar.
Templar is the standard tank of rappelz and is pretty good at doing a load of damage aswell
Might not be the best class around atm but would be in top 5 pretty easily.
As a templar you want to maximize your p def and attack speed or p def and m attack depending what you are aiming for.
There are currently 2 ways templars are played , 1 is righteous purpose which is a really pricey build but well rewarding ( can cap the attack speed plateau) and the second is spam salvation templar.
A spam salvation templar maximizes his m attack and p def and my recommendation would be to use a 2 hnded staff , as for belt you should go 3x s1 wds and 2x s5 skellies ( or sirens for roa)
On the other hand a RP templar goes for the standard one handed mace + shield build which means he maximizes his p attack, attack speed and block rate the most , going for 3x s5 hawkman , 2x s0 gnoll and SOL.
Notable skills:
Righteous Purpose: P. ATK and M. ATK will increase based on the amount of MAX HP. 12% of MAX HP is converted into P. ATK and M. ATK,Skills explicitly increasing max HP% and Max MP% give no effect, although VIT% skills do.
Light of salvation : AOE damaging skill which can turn spammable and uses m attack
Restrain: 85% slow which can be used with a bow
Onslaught: 2.1k p attack/m attack steroid
Exalted protection : 33% reduced damage at lvl 10
Zeal : Increases vitality and movement speed.
Class evaluation:So, overall templar is a pretty well rounded class , can solo pretty much everything in this game and can pvp quite well, might be a bad choice for someone with a weak pc as the animation of spam salvation can cause lag which might result in you dying, same applies for a 956 attack speed templar.The versatility Templar offers though makes it a really interesting class and the combination of defense and offence they offer make them really viable. Thanks for your time, am open to any feedback in case i am mistaken since i ve only played templar up to lvl 155.

Rappelz Mercenary Guide

So , my second guide is gonna be a merc guide.
Merc is the master class of a holy warrior that went soldier on his second job change.
They are cappable of doing a load of things in the current patch (9.3) and are widely considered the best class around at the moment.
The reason for this is the fact that mercenary can get spammable wild stream , an AOE skill with no cast time and damage which does not diminish with more targets,which makes them ignore stats which were previously important (i.e. attack speed).
Thus the belt set you want to get is accuracy  oriented mostly,am not 100% sure if thats the best belt but i know you want to maximize strength/vitality and accuracy so i guess best option would be 3x s3 cerbs ,1x s3 yeti 1x s0 golem(or s5 hawk and s2 golem for the extra 1% on p attack) ,mephisto , but if you are really comfortable and have the money to go for an end game build you can go 3x s3 cerbs along with s4 golem and s5 white dragon for the extra m attack
A non WS Merc should go for 3x s5 Hawks + 2xs3 unis/nms depending on the needs of each situation. in this case another viable choice would be 3x s1 dts and something to cap the vit p def (30%), no matter if its yetis golem genie or even mino.
There are 3 routes a Merc can go TP-wise:
1) 3-2-0 ( pre 7 tp ) : DD merc ,this goes on 3-3-1 as soon as you get all tps possible in the game , giving you the imortallity buff and extra ranks on the 3rd tree skilsl
2)0-3-2 : Tank merc , a really viable choice pre 7 tp with which you can solo pretty well getting the immortality buff but losing a load of damage
3) 2-3-0 : Hybrid Merc , you get deathblow , lvl 20 wild stream and immortality
Another thing worth saying is a merc can go 0-3-3 at 6 tp to be able to solo revived bosses well given the fact lust for blood damage increase only applies on single target skills.
Notable skills:
Wild stream : You want to get lvl 26 of this.
Invigorating aura : A great str/vit steroid along with a load of threat increase. every piece adds 15% str and vit per level , its a skill you want to have as high as possible without sacrifising lvl 26 wild stream.
Restrain: Restrain would be the main skill of a mercenary throughout the years , its a pretty damn strong hit that applies a 85% slow and abuses the damage increase merc gets off movement impaired targets, can be used with bow , used to kite a lot.
Immortality: Honestly i had never seen an immortality Merc before the 7 tp were possible , but its hell of an overpowered skill , it doesnt allow you to die for the duration.( Really op for pvp)
Deathblow: Deathblow is a skill similar to restrain , aggroes the mobs pretty damn well and reduces the p.attack of the target by about 50% ( even though it says 25)
Remorselessness: a 72 crit power,1440 p attack steroid that makes merc pretty much puke on everyone.
Side note : You might want to use an axe instead of a mace,  people have been ignoring the fact that axes got more p attack than maces cause of the extra m attack on mace ,but since you are going for a spam wild stream set you are not gonna utilise the dot of it anyways so why care for m attack ?
Class evaluation : Merc is currently a pretty op class  which when built correctly can solo mostly everythng aroung in this game. easy to pick up , but is pretty boring , hope you found this guide helpful , thanks for your time =)

Rappelz Magus Guide

Being a magus about 9months now i think i d better be starting with my main class.
Magus is a very versatile class which is cappable of not only healing itself and the party , but dealing a huge burst of damage while doing so aswell.
A kahuna that goes Druid then goes masterclass is a Magus.
Most Notable skill for this class would be:
Cyclone’s Lord Blessing: 10% of p attack to m attack/level ( main reason magus uses a mace), also increases p attack by 1.5% of your max mp per level.
Bleak Squall : 30% slow ( spammable at lvl 13 ) which does hybrid damage ( both m and p attack)
Mental Link : 3% pet wisdom/int  to you per level
Flamemonger: 75% of int to m attack per level ( Main reason some Maguses go Staff)
Healing Gust: Good AOE Healing ability, costs a tp which is main reason people dont prioritize it
Tectonic Spike ( aka Earth and Fire ): A highly Damaging tp skill
So , magus loves to maximize his m attack , he wants to get as much as possible at any given time , knowing this you d most likely want to go mace and try to get as high level cyclone as possible while maintaining 13 level of bleak squall in order to have a spam and keep the enemy slowed
The belt pets i ve been using is 3x s1 wds ( 33% int vit p def m attack ) and 2x s0 kentas(32% p attack ,str), on pvp server i ve seen several people going for 3x s5 sala + 2x cast speed belt pets which i consider totally mistaken but i have to mention it afterall. For boss card you usally wanna go Mephisto on every class for the extra chunk of damage it offers.
As for the stones i go Vitality/Critical , several people go for strength but thats too glass cannon , and whats the point of having a load of damage if you are getting one shot and never really end up using it?
As for the pet you are gonna use,  you are most likely gonna need a pet with as much int wisdom as possible as a percentage of this goes to your stats right away .
Class Evaluation : This is kind of a recap about the class, its a class that can do pretty much everything if played well , but takes long to master and needs you to be a 100% focused on the game unlike templar or Merc, not too good for a starter.
Edit: That’s what my stats look like with t3 magus,wk,bm buffs and t2 corr buff.
Pieces used are all +25 standard ones .
HV buff ,crystals.
Gears used : +21 2 hnded mace,+14 cyclone 2 slot gloves with m acc , 4 slot +21  armor random skill  , 3 slot random skill +12 boots ,medusa +22 helmet.
Pet gear : 6% mw +7 and +21 2 hnded staff 84/48
